Upon contacting our office to request a free quote, your information will be passed on to one of the knowledgeable salespeople. They will visit the site and determine the condition of the existing area and advise you on which maintenance plan below is suitable for your property. We will survey the site for base problems such as grade depressions (standing water) and dumpster areas. They will then look for pavement surface problems such as alligated areas (interconnecting cracks) and oil spots. We will also look for cracks in your asphalt, which can mean several things. They can be minor (less than 1/2" wide), structural which begin and end at either side of a paved area or large cracks (over 1" wide). Lastly, we will observe your current traffic pattern, parking stalls, bumpers, signage and speed bumps. Upon completion of our visit, we will send you a quotation outlining the scope of work that we feel will best suit your needs.
Hot Mix Asphalt Paving
We offer the industry standard, an engineered mix of aggregate with liquid asphalt cement, a petroleum based product. Benefits are that it is strong and durable, withstands freezing and thawing and is unaffected by salt. The is process lasts many years with minimal maintenance and is the most economical option in paving today. We specialize in both commercial and residential projects in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area. We offer asphalt patching, pothole repair, asphalt removal and replacement and resurfacing.
Sealcoating
Sealcoating is a very integral and cost effective part of your periodic pavement maintenance plan. It not only maintains or restores the overall look of your property but when applied, the asphalt will slow the oxidation process and water penetration. Seal coating also resists oil and gas spills which during warm months break down the unsealed asphalt. We offer SealMaster brand Polymer-Modified Coal Tar Sealer. This quality products is not diluted with water, therefore, provides for a much shorter drying time. We have a tank truck and a portable trailer that are both equipped with spraying wands for application. Squeegee brushes are used in tight spaces. Prior to sealcoating, CrackMaster Supreme material is applied from the direct fire kettles to fill in surface cracks and prevent asphalt deterioration.
Striping & Pavement Marking
Your parking lot is the first impression you have on your customers and visitors. A clearly marked and easy flowing parking lot will help ensure return customers. Whether it is a new lot or an existing lot that needs re-striped, we can accommodate most requests. Our striping crews work when it is least disruptive to your business, at nights and on weekends and holidays. TSI utilizes Sherwin Williams traffic paint. It is quick drying, abrasion and bleed resistant and is highly visible. TSI is up to date on the latest ADA requirements and can make the necessary recommendations to insure that your business is in compliance to avoid costly fines. Installation of speed bumps, parking bumpers and signage is also available.
Trucking
TSI Owns 1 tri axle and 2 single axle dump trucks. Each of our drivers has over 10 years driving experience. Depending on the accessibility to the job, we are equipped to provide our own material hauling to your home or job site. All drivers are drug tested and DOT certified prior to hiring.
Concrete Flat Work
Concrete performs extremely well throughout the life of the structure when it is mixed properly and installed correctly. Freezing and thawing of subgrade and poorly compacted fill will cause the area to become unstable and crack. TSI does offer concrete repair and restoration as well as new installation of driveways, patios and sidewalks that are strong and durable. They will absorb minimal water and are very low in maintenance. Our concrete supplier in the Louisville Metro area is American Ready Mix.
